Safer Internet Day
We enjoyed, as a school, learning about ‘how to stay safe on the internet'.
In Key Stage 1 children were learning all about the top tips to follow when using the internet, they then created posters informing others of these tips.
In Key Stage 2 the children first took part in an interactive assembly where they considered ‘what they could do to keep the internet a safer place.’ Then throughout the day, Year’s 4 and 5 explored this question further. They took part in an activity called ‘Post it’ that required them to make comments on pictures posted around the classroom. In small groups, the children then thought about the impact these comments, both good and bad, would have on them if it was them who had posted the picture.
